After enabling notifications, the system uses smart scheduling and "This Week's Dose Card" to remind you at appropriate times, ensuring you never miss an injection.

You can log injection info (dose, time, site, batch number, notes, side effects), weight & body composition (weight, height, BMI, body fat, muscle mass, visceral fat, waist/hip measurements), appetite/energy/mood indicators, and set weight goals to track progress.

Charts show "Dose × Weight" and "Weight × Body Fat" overlay analysis, with viewing options for recent N entries or date ranges, helping you understand the relationship between injection doses and weight changes.
